Purpose:
Training should be done for a purpose. That purpose is determined following a comprehensive assessment with the leadership and identified participants. The assessment. The assessment findings are clarified in the Executive Summary and addressed in a Plan of Action. the Plan of Action spells out specific modules with measurable goals to meet.
Structure:
Sessions are 2 1/2 hours that meet every other week. The shorter sessions reduce the fatigue, make scheduling easier and enable the participant to focus on the "Big Idea" instead of being overwhelmed with information.
Accountability:
Accountability is at the heart of any meaningful change. At the end of each session each participant will write their own personal application to the "Big Idea". The participant, their direct supervisor and the session leader will each get a copy. At the next session participants will be chosen to present to the group how they applied the "Big Idea". The accountability focus is designed to implement the skill and develop positive habits that sustain change.
